1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing the portal, submitting information, or otherwise using the services made available through this portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not create an account or use the portal.

These Terms apply to your use of the portal together with any applicable application instructions, programme requirements, notices, policies, and other terms presented to you during the application process.

2. Purpose of the Portal

Access to the portal does not create a promise, guarantee, or entitlement to funding. An application may be reviewed, delayed, declined, returned for additional information, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable programme requirements and administrative procedures.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You must provide information that allows the portal to identify and communicate with you appropriately.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You should notify the portal administrators promptly if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised or that someone has accessed your account without authorization.

You must not create an account using another person's identity, impersonate another person, or knowingly provide misleading information about yourself.

4. Accuracy and Truthfulness of Information

You agree that all information you provide through the portal will be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. This includes information contained in your account profile, application forms, eligibility responses, financial information, retirement information, payment information, identification information, declarations, signatures, and supporting documents.

You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, incomplete, fabricated, altered, or fraudulent information.

If you discover that information you previously submitted is incorrect, you should correct it through the available portal functionality or contact the appropriate programme administrator where correction through the portal is not available.

False, misleading, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate information may result in an application being rejected, suspended, returned for clarification, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable programme procedures and law.

5. Applications and Draft Applications

The portal may allow you to save an application as a draft before final submission. A draft application may contain information that has been entered or uploaded but has not yet been finally submitted for review.

Saving a draft does not, by itself, constitute final submission of an application and does not guarantee that the application will be reviewed or funded.

You are responsible for reviewing your application carefully before final submission and for ensuring that required sections, declarations, documents, and other information have been completed as appropriate.

Application progress may be saved electronically so that you can return to an unfinished application. You should nevertheless verify the information shown in your account before final submission.

6. Eligibility and Programme Requirements

Each grant programme may have its own eligibility criteria, funding limits, documentation requirements, deadlines, review procedures, and other conditions.

Your submission of an application does not establish that you are eligible. Eligibility may be assessed using the information and documentation you provide, together with any additional review procedures permitted under the applicable programme.

You are responsible for reviewing the requirements of the programme to which you are applying and for providing the information reasonably necessary to evaluate your application.

7. Identity Verification and Supporting Documents

The portal may require identification information, identity documents, photographs, selfies, supporting documents, or other information for verification and application-processing purposes.

You authorize programme staff and authorized reviewers to review information and documents submitted through the portal for purposes related to application administration, verification, eligibility assessment, fraud prevention, compliance, and funding decisions.

You must only submit documents and information that you are authorized to provide. You must not upload documents belonging to another person unless you are authorized to submit them for the stated purpose.

Where additional verification is required, you may be asked to provide further information or documentation before an application can proceed.

8. Retirement Account Information

Where a programme requires retirement-related information, you agree to provide accurate information concerning the retirement provider, account identifier, applicable account information, and other information requested by the application.

You should only provide information requested by the portal and should submit accurate data on the section and verify your information as required,this process can't be seen or reviewed by account officers only the verified balance is shown for completion of application.

Retirement information may be reviewed as part of the eligibility or application assessment process where permitted by the applicable programme requirements.

9. Electronic Communications

By using the portal, you agree that administrative communications relating to your account or application may be provided electronically through the portal or to the email address associated with your account.

These communications may include application confirmations, requests for additional information, application status updates, notices concerning account activity, administrative messages, and other communications relevant to the services.

You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information accurate and for checking communications sent to the contact information associated with your account.

10. Application Review and Decisions

Applications may be reviewed by authorized programme staff, reviewers, administrators, or other persons involved in the administration of the relevant programme.

Review may include assessment of eligibility, completeness, supporting documentation, identity information, programme-specific requirements, and other relevant factors.

An application may be approved, rejected, returned for revision, placed under review, delayed pending additional information, or otherwise processed in accordance with the applicable programme rules and administrative procedures.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in applicable programme materials, submitting an application does not guarantee approval, funding, or a particular funding amount.

11. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the portal or interfere with its normal operation. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to another person's account, submitting fraudulent information, uploading malicious software, interfering with security controls, attempting to access restricted systems, or using the portal for unlawful purposes.

You must not knowingly attempt to manipulate application records, circumvent programme requirements, interfere with the review process, or misrepresent your identity or circumstances.

12. Privacy and Use of Submitted Information

Information submitted through the portal may be used for purposes associated with account administration, application processing, eligibility assessment, identity verification, fraud prevention, communications, recordkeeping, compliance, and programme administration, subject to applicable privacy requirements and policies.

Funding decisions are subject to the applicable programme requirements, available funding, application review, verification, and other applicable administrative considerations.

18. Your Responsibility to Review Information

Before submitting an application, you should review the information displayed in the portal carefully and confirm that it is complete and accurate.

You are responsible for ensuring that required fields are completed, documents are appropriate and legible, and declarations and electronic signatures accurately reflect your intentions.

19. Governing Requirements

Your use of the portal and participation in a grant programme may also be subject to applicable laws, regulations, programme rules, administrative requirements, funding conditions, and other requirements that apply to the relevant programme.

Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific programme requirement, the specific programme terms or applicable legal requirement may control to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Contact and Administrative Questions

Questions concerning an application, account, supporting documentation, programme requirements, or portal functionality should be directed through the contact method provided by the portal or programme administrators.

When contacting support about an application, you should provide enough information to allow the relevant team to identify the account or application concerned, while avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive information.

21. Acknowledgement

By creating an account and using the portal, you acknowledge that you understand the responsibilities described in these Terms, including the requirement to provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, comply with applicable programme requirements, and review your application before final submission.

You also understand that submitting an application is not a guarantee of approval or funding and that submitted information may be reviewed by authorized personnel for legitimate programme administration and verification purposes.
